Pahadi Rajma
Hill-grown kidney beans from terraced fields. Cool nights and a long, slow season give them their thin skin and deep, creamy flavour.

शुद्ध पहाड़ी उपज — खेत से आपकी रसोई तक।
Himkisan Kesari Agro is a producer company working with hill farmers of the Doon valley to bring pesticide-free grains, spices and wellness products to Indian and international kitchens.
Our vision
Everything the company does is measured against one sentence, written by its founding members.
To become an international platform providing pure, healthy, pesticide-free food to the nation — and to promote organic farming with the help of the best technologies available anywhere in the world.
Two commitments sit inside it. Food that is clean enough to feed your own family, and farming methods that leave the hill soil better than we found it. We would rather grow slowly against that standard than quickly away from it.
Five lines, sourced from and built around the produce of the Himalayan foothills. Available for retail packs under the HK mark and for bulk supply.

PulsesMountain turmeric, dried and ground whole. Prized across the region for its colour, aroma and curcumin-rich rhizome.
SpicesThe traditional grains of the hills, back on the table — nutrient-dense, water-thrifty and grown without chemical inputs.
GrainsEveryday wellness formulations built around the same botanicals we grow, made for regular use rather than novelty.
WellnessInputs, advisory and technology carried to member farmers — so better practice reaches the field, not just the brochure.
For farmersWe take on sourcing requests for Himalayan produce and can quote for bulk, private-label and export orders.

Clean produce is the reason the company exists — not a premium tier we sell on the side.
As a producer company, the farmers who grow the crop are the shareholders who own the brand.
Altitude, cold nights and hill soil are what make Pahadi rajma and haldi worth carrying down.
We adopt the best practice available anywhere in the world and put it in our members' hands.
Our base is at Village Fatehpur Grant, Herbetpur, in the Vikasnagar block of Dehradun district — at the western edge of the Doon valley, where the Yamuna leaves the hills and the farming belt begins.
Working from here keeps the company close to the growers it belongs to: procurement, grading and packing happen near the fields, and members can walk in.
Retailers, distributors, exporters and farmer groups are all welcome. Tell us what you need and we will come back with availability and pricing.
